The Greenfingers Charity supports children who spend time in hospices by creating gardens for their enjoyment. Their work has spread nationwide, creating over fifty gardens in the UK where children can reflect, relax, and relish the outdoors.

The chairman of Greenfingers, John Ashley, said 'Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, our portfolio of gardens continues to grow.'

Currently, the charity is working on more hospice gardens, and also has a waiting list of gardens in need of work.

Recently, the teachers at DCGS raised an amazing £137.00 for Greenfingers - every teacher who donated received a spider plant to put in their classroom. Furthermore, Mr Graham received a t-shirt, leaflet, and a note from John Ashley of thanks!
