We are delighted to announce that DCGS has been awarded the Gold Award for the third year running in the Mind Workplace Wellbeing Awards. 103 organisations took part representing a wide range of employers and employees (over 54,000) across many different sectors. The Gold Award means we have successfully embedded mental health into policies and practices, using a range of best practise and demonstrating a long-term, in-depth commitment to staff mental health.
Thank you to everyone who has been part of this process, especially our staff - your hard work, views and experiences have been key to ensuring we create a positive culture around mental health and support one and other. This has never been more important than right now, and it is evident that colleagues continue to offer amazing levels of support to one another during the current crisis, as well as to our students and the wider community.
