We have partnered with Scope Charity shop at 17 Sycamore Rd in Amersham to offer DCGS branded second hand uniform.
We hope that this partnership will give parents greater flexibility, choice and the opportunity to make savings when purchasing DCGS uniforms and allow us all to give back to the wider community via the charity. All proceeds from the sale of second hand uniform from the shop will go to Scope to support their work in ensuring all disabled people enjoy equality and fairness in society.
This document below provides a list of stationery required by your child whilst at school. All items can be found at high street stationers such as WH Smith, Rymans and online retailer Amazon.
List of StationeryEach student in Years 7-11 is required to have their own locker in which they should safely store their belongings. In Sixth Form lockers are laptop sized and are not mandatory. Students should keep their locker key on a named key ring and keep a spare locker key at home.
Lockers at DCGS are outsourced to ILS who charge an annual rent, which will also cover full service and maintenance costs. Rental is from September through to July (when all bookings terminate). There are no discounts for lockers booked late in the year.
For Years 7-11 lockers around the school site are grouped by House. For Sixth Form they are by Year group. Lockers can be booked online via www.ilsschools.co.uk. All rentals are subject to ILS' terms and conditions which are available during the booking process.
When booking a locker we recommend that you a order a spare key, to be kept at home. If ordered at the time of booking the cost is less than keys ordered at other times of the year due to postage costs. Keys ordered will be delivered to your home address from ILS by 31 August. For any further information please see the Freqently Asked Questions
